First the background in case you missed it: Malware in Android Market highlights Google's vulnerability "Twenty-one malicious apps were yanked from Android Market yesterday after they were discovered to contain backdoors and exploits. Android's openness and lack of regulation stands in contrast to the locked-down worlds of iOS and Windows Phone 7, but as 50,000 users have discovered, there can be a price to pay for that flexibility."
