So employer has their techs all get DELL certified a few years ago. Recent changes to the system means they no longer just renew your certificates every year. You have to pass the tests. Because if you fail and get less then 80 percent, you must be tooooo dumb to know how to fill out website order form requesting a part. Strange thing is I believe we also have to pay them money probably for each year per person. So they pay for me to get a failing grade? Dell drop dead, soon, and take your tech tests with you.
