Most of the time you get to choose between:
• I am making it all by myself, every littlest details. But I'm still working on it...
• I made it! Granted, some components are store-bought, but it works.
By not building everything yourself the satisfaction of completing it might not be quite as sweet, but it's incomparably better than not completing it at all. The difference is not the skill (at least not inherently), but time, and time is something no amount of effort, skill or knowledge will get you more of it.
In other words, no booing. |
