Write "Thank you for admiring, but she's not for sale." on it, laminate it so it doesn't get ruined (clear packing tape works well for this), and tuck it on top of the dash in the corner of the driver's side. Unobtrusive, but will be seen by anyone who tries to slip a note under the wipers. If they STILL leave a note, then call them up, pretend to be someone else, and ask them if THEY are for sale. =-)p
