"B7's & Bloodlines" by Bastion Press. It contains all you need to know on how to combine any two races. How to combine stats, racial abilities, and everything down to how hairy the spawn will be. =-)p I've used it to make some rather... amusing (to the DM)... creations, and it's a great source of various Templates for Racial Combinations already thought up by others. (Wanna play a Titan Minotaur? IT'S IN THERE!) =-D
