What should I do with some chicken paillards? by Llyr 2011-02-16 18:00:57
The other night I breaded one with Italian-y-flavored breadcrumbs and ate it on top of pasta with some steamed julienned carrots and broccoli stalks and yummy Trader Joe's basil marinara. (Don't mind me, just engaging in some food pr0n...)

However, the chicken breast I used to make the paillard was rather large and I ended up with two more (okay, so I suck at butterflying). What should I do with them?
