Apple isn't just saying they get a cut of all in app purchases, subscriptions, etc., they are saying app developers MUST allow in app purchases, subscriptions, etc. if they allow them out of the app or their app can't be approved.

In other words Amazon can't only sell Kindle books from Amazon.com and be allowed to have its app on the Apple App Store, it must also also in app purchases of which Apple gets a cut.

Oh, and the kicker, the in app purchases must be at the same price or lower as the out of app purchases.

There a re a ton of companies upset at this and one has even said it's not sure it can afford to have the app anymore.
