*bleep*ing motherboard.

change heatsync, pretty simple procedure, right?
in the process (when the motherboard was totally out of the system and disconnected from everything with only RAM in there) I remove a couple sticks of memory to install the cpu fan (left the thing off while I was installing stuff to make my life easier)

now the *bleep*ing thing won't boot...
"support" was non-helpful to say the least, just suggesting a RMA which will take 1-3 *weeks*
