Good free/cheap web design program for Windows? by oot 2011-01-13 19:23:34
My mom has started making pages with Microsoft Publisher.

But since it doesn't do everything she wants, she then has me edit the code, which is a terrible, horrible, no-good very-bad MESS that mixes tables and CSS in a way that nature never intended...

This is, by far, the ugliest, stupidest code I have ever edited. I want to get her using a different web design program ASAP. What can I suggest she use instead?
