some say they do regrow others don't believe it. I ended up /give ing myself some bluestone rock in the (private) server I run (just for me & a friend) just to muck about with it some. the rest of the colors* appear to be possible without needing anything else special. (ok so you need bone meal from skeleton bones but a skeleton spawner trap solves that) the thing that's going to be really annoying for the server operators out there (the ones that provide /kits for everything) is the dyes and wool is all the same exact item ID #, just with different damage values. *exception: brown isn't possible right now
