anyway - it was the type that the front half slides up to reveal the numpad, and normally when you open it like that when it's ringing it picks up the call. But here of late, about every other time I'd go to answer by sliding it open, it wouldn't pick up the call, nor would it pick up the call by pressing the send button, nor would it terminate the call by pressing end or closing the phone; I would have to wait for the caller to either hang up or transfer to voice mail to get it to let go and reset. It finally did it one-too-many times tonight. I got one of these to replace it. Is happy now. :)
