Mine would've been something like: "Thank you for only being THREE MONTHS LATE in getting back to me. Because you're a f4ing MORON, your customer is no longer yours. They went with a company who, you know, CARES about the people who give them money. Tough s4, you lose, get bent." amused cough =-)P
