Same batter, actually. I only have one muffin pan, and the muffin come out heart shaped, which mean those little liner things don't fit. Which means I have to wait for the pan to cool enough to take out the muffins between panfuls. So I put the extra batter in a cake pan, and topped it with a cinnamon, brown sugar, oatmeal, streuselly thing.
I don't follow a recipe. I made it basically the same way I make pancakes. But slightly thicker.
Flour, sugar, baking powder, a dash of salt, oil, egg, milk. To this I also added cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, and oatmeal.
They're baking now. I'll let you know how they turn out. |
