...got 12 so far, and I was happy that I was almost halfway to getting a binder.

Considering the time we have available, what's the best way to approach this?
Is it worthwhile for everyone who wants to join in to get a binder (before the first reset?) and then spend a few days looking for hobo codes, or do they take so long to find that we should just accept that we'll have to do the sewers the slow way after each reset?

I've made it through the sewers and opened a few grates (8, I think), so hopefully that will help people coming after - finding an open grate counts for 5 encounters, doesn't it?

Haven't seen much in the way of Crimbo items though - found 1 'Joy of Wassailing' (whatever that is), but nothing else yet.
