I'm working as a security guard right now. After a long period of unemployment, during which I was repeatedly told,"Hold out for what you're trained and paid best to do! Don't compromise." Fine sentiment, but it doesn't pay the bills... I"m getting paid enough to survive; there are opportunities for advancement, and I have health insurance again. Everything else is negotiable.
