The cat's out of the bag, the Genie is out of the bottle. Yet they're still suing left and right to try and suppress the whole jailbreak thing. Not gonna happen, look at the pirate bay for one. It's been "shut down" how many times now and is still around? (sorta apples and oranges for one) hell, they could look at Nintendo and the whole wii homebrew scene. They tried to shut it down for a while and failed miserably.
