They took longer than projected, fought us all the way on specifications, and the product we received was so poorly designed that it took us as long to integrate as it would have to write it in house. Even then it never performed to expectations. In the end it cost almost twice what it would have to do in house in the first place. We outsourced another project. It was done ahead of schedule, met specifications, integrated seamlessly and they have been very responsive to bug reports.
