stealing and not getting caught is ok...getting caught is the bad thing and at that point it is never their fault...it MUST be someone elses fault. I have dealt with people like that quite a bit and their thought process is that they will do it as long as they can "get away with it." If they get away with it...then it is not "stealing" Yes, screwy type of thought process...but that is the way they think....
