Which really WAS the best answer, considering the original post.
While it didn't answer the question directly, it did provide *an* answer.
More importantly though, the original poster notes they are an amateur designer just getting into style sheets. This will *not* be their last question.
By referring the OP to the site they did, they gave them the tools to answer most of their future questions about such basic things as well.
As you can see by the other posts there, there are at least 2 ways to accomplish what the OP wants. However, based on things the OP has NOT said, one of those may be preferable to the other in the long run. Doing it one way now, without being aware of the hows and whys of other possible methods, what is a short term solution may end up being a long-term disaster.
It's the difference between simply giving the OP a fish, and teaching them to fish.
