The first time you send a minion out for the piranna bath while bellowing "Am I destined to be surrounded by incompetents?", the word is going to go out: no decisions without the boss' approval.
So even if you're the Evil type who enjoys dealing with multifarious plotting, you're going to end up with an inbox full of memos on sourcing evil janitorial services, requests for purchase order approvals for evil travel arrangements, questions about whether to go with the classic wrought iron chains or the new post-modern looking Kevlar retraints in the evil interrogation rooms, etc.
It's going to be reallly annoying when your backgammon game with the representative of the double-secret government spy agency keeps getting interrupted by someone asking about imported Scottish salmon or the farm raised domestic for the lox and bagels at the Evil brunch next Sunday.
Why yes, I did attend Evil Management School (as though there's any other kind). |
