The Dutch Joe Average is very unhappy with the way things are going, and in their mind the only one who seems to give a qnza about them is Geert Wilders (I do mean seems, not that he actually does).
And this right-wing trend seems to be happening all over Europe. Everywhere you see right-wing parties becoming more and more popular, all based on fear of foreigners, and most notably the unfounded and irrational fear for the Islam.
To them, I'd like to say, what Obama alluded to as well, it wasn't any religion that attacked the western world. The fact that Joe Schmoe is feeling miserable and scared, isn't the fault of the Islam, but of their own ideas, and whatever we're fed by politicians. |
