to believe you've read the books. The fact that you say it's likely Kosh was a renegade leads me to believe you haven't, so I'm confused. Or maybe you read some of the books, but not others. Anyway, yes. Kosh was a bit of a renegade. He had a soft spot for the younger races that the Vorlon race as a whole did not share.
