Ive learned to "walk the line" so that a parent has nothing to sue over. A Parent might gripe a bit over me talking to their "angel" (and or using my herding skills) but i leave them nothing to sue over. A Sales Support person has a few jobs by default 1 all of the stocking "stuff" 2 cleaning "stuff" 3 Store Security 4 Protection of the Companies Assets and Liabilities (this means fixing things before Legal needs to get involved)
