Yes and no. The problem was that my CEO (I think you remember what I think about her) demanded a telephone solution that IT company had not really tryed out yet (and they pointed this out) and when it didn't meet expectations (witch was critical to my company) they got kicked out and almost sued (I still wonder how the contract was signed, I never got to see it). One of the man reasons they want me "this time" is I got "a bit of knowledge" about the business software my old company runs. The IT company are certified retailers/consultants for that software and they need peoplewith "skillz" =) I think they are good. Apart from my old employer, they have sucessfully installed the phone system to a lot of other companies (some quite large) and when it comes to the business software, they have one guy (one of the owners) who's probably the most skilled outside the company that wrote the software.
