1) Money 2) personal happiness If the old company wants you that bad... ask for at least the salary that you are making at mega corp. You also need to look at job security both now and in the future. If the mega corp will leave you happy and is secure, stick with them. If the old company job will be secure and make you the same $$ AND leave you personally happy... then go for it, if not, don't.
