Drink plenty of fluids Exercise Eat healthy (lots of leafy green veggies...also, celery is rumored to help a lot) And for the one that will garner me some really funny looks: During her "off-peak hours" (when her fertility is low), have LOTS of sex (or play Fist Of Fury). SEVERAL times per day. About 3-5 days before she hits her peak fertility, abstain for that period. There should be a significant increase in seminal volume.
