Okay UFies, I need your help/input here. by oedlan2010-05-12 12:32:32

answer (SSLR)

Questions to answer about %IT-company%
Were you satisfied with what they delivered?
If not, what will / have they changed so that you think it's a great company?
What do they offer you in form of training etc?
Do you like the people there?
How "solid" are they?

And about %MegaCorp%
Do you like it (what you do, collegues...)?
Can they offer you a permanent position now (if you tell them about the offer).
Have you been given / offered training (generic type)

Are any/both of them willing to give you higher pay / benefits?

IIRC %Mega% is known for a very good IT-enviroment thus a good position to work at for future career. That said, you will be even more valuable to %IT% when you worked a few years for %Mega% with good references and connections (and %IT% should know that)...

Talk to current boss about the offer, if he's any good he will either try to keep you or advising you to take the offer.

Demand permanent position directly if you go to %IT%
