Laptop screen problem by tallastro2010-04-25 19:39:26
Depends on warranty and who does it. by CALL-1982010-04-25 20:06:25
    Part number. by CALL-198 2010-04-25 20:22:53
I could give you more information if you would give me the actual part number and the first part of the serial number. The "G60-120us" is actually just a series name and product number; but not specific enough. On the bottom of your notebook there will be a white sticker with a hp logo and some bar codes on it. The number labeled p/n. It will be formed of two letters, three numbers, two or three more letters then #ABA. The s/n number is your serial number. I need the first three letters (like cnf or cnd) and the next four numbers.
