Old Navy's clearance rack. I can usually find a few things that fit (I have broad shoulders, big arms, and a big chest, too. Also, there is a store called Deb, that has some great finds for a not so typical shape. It's a "juniors" store, but some of the clothes are really cute and come in sizes that fit women with curves.
