XL =! fat grrrrrrrrrrr by Garrinka2010-04-25 08:52:33
  I know your pain. by Sharku 2010-04-25 09:25:22
Most clothes manufacturers assume that because I'm very tall (2m05, 6'9"), I must also be fat. I'm not, I have a high metabolism so I'm pretty skinny. Pants, T-shirts etc. they all tend to be too roomy around the waist/belly area however.

It helps that I've gained some weight in the last couple of years, I used to be skinnier still: most of my late teens and early to mid twenties I hovered right on the lower bound of what's considered healthy for my length with a BMI of just barely 20, while last time I check I was somewhere in the 22-23 area. It's still a pain to find properly fitting clothes though.

A couple of friends of mine were commenting on something similar a few weeks ago: they're all rather well endowed in the chest, and it seems that they have a really hard time finding bras in their sizes which aren't ugly granny bras.

One size fits all indeed.
