would still smell as sweet. Well, when it comes to renaming a province in Pakistan, there is a lot more to a name than meets the eye. Apparently, it isn't just the name change - it is the granting of more power to the individual provinces that has the protesters up in arms. And the name change is seen as a significant harbinger of the repression that is to come.
