e to convert the XP mode VM too (SSLR) I was disappointed with XP Mode (because it's just a Windows XP install running in VPC), if it had been realised as a Terminal Server serving out applications to the host machine (so the apps essentially behaved as if they were running on the host system) it would've been IMHO a h4 of a lot better.
