The shuttle delivered has deployed a number of classified payloads during its history, including DoD payloads. And the X-37 wasn't a much of a secret until it was turned over to DARPA five-ish years ago. If it was truly still a secret, we wouldn't have stock photos of it and we certainly wouldn't have been told it launched.
