NOT get trapped near the temple area. The glasses should wrap around to the point that nothing can come in from the sides or top. I had that happen with an old pair with very little top and side protection, where the brass went up in the air bounced off the partition and came down and landed in-between the arm and my temple...and got stuck there... Let me tell you... it was hot!! Let me tell you, It is very hard to keep a pistol pointed downrange and grab your glasses with the other hand and move them enough to dislodge the brass! :D I filed that under "things you only do once" and bought a better pair of eye protection the next day. :)
