I'm sure it's an isolated incident and all but sheesh, TEST YOUR KEYBOARDS before they go back to a customer. Just got the keyboard today. Label on the thing indicates it came from the "RMA Department" "Wonderful" I think... Turns out I was right in thinking this. The flipping enter key doesn't work. in other news, has Newegg outsourced their customer service since last time? It's rather different since I had to prod them last. Also wondering why the agent had to ask for my shipping address... It's on there in the order number I referenced... Reeks of outsourcing to me. sigh now I wait for another <too_many> days for a new keyboard... (shipping me a new one)
