by the B-1 bombers - they could carry up to 12 nuclear-tipped cruise missiles or (I think) 24 air-to-air missiles on one rotisserie. Although in the case of strictly inert kinetic weaponry, a pepperbox launcher loaded with rounds equipped with launch/acceleration stages would probably be more efficient.
