The scheduling system sets the COMPUTING_ENV variable to either DEV, TEST, or PROD. When writing a job that kicks out an email alert to UPPER MANAGEMENT, make use of this fact by making the email distribution list conditional on the environment that the job gets run in. Upper management doesn't need to know that something in the test environment is broken.
