on the foot of the man ufw page I found ------------- AUTHOR ufw is Copyright 2008-2009, Canonical Ltd. ufw and this manual page was originally written by Jamie Strandboge <jamie@canonical.com> August 2009 ------------- I would format it as follows Jamie Strandboge <jamie@canonical.com>, man page ufw, canonical Ltd August 2009 if the first place is for the author or man page ufw, copyright canonical Ltd, written by Jamie Strandboge <jamie@canonical.com>, August 2009 if the title has the first place. in my opinion this is enough. For me the hierarchy is: book, journal articles, web pages, "other text forms".
