all it gets you is a "Dressed up as cop" on the score board. The only use I've found for the uniform is getting into the police arsenal. I like to use the cheats to get lots of donuts, then run around throwing donuts at all the cops. ... well that and kicking the corpses into suggestive poses and taking screen grabs, but then I'm a sick puppy. ;-D
