Ouch. I think I'm ready to audition for by SouthpawPL 2010-03-01 18:51:37
the Vienna Boys Choir, now.

I needed to get something off a high shelf, and used my Total Gym as a step stool.
Bad choice.
Those things move, ya know! Not only did I do the splits, (which I am not equipped to do) but I landed on my snargly-parts! >.<

Checklist:
-Pain: Oh, you betcha!
-Nausea: passing
-Swelling; Not so much, thankfully. Idon't think I permanently borked anything. (tho I am typing this while kneeling on an ice pack!)

I'll be in my bunk...with ice and Tequila therapy. *whimper*
