BTW, the graphs I linked to	by oot	2010-03-01 14:13:26
were from a glucose tolerance test, where participants would have drank a solution of glucose and water. So their peaks are a bit earlier than they would have been from a regular meal, which takes more time to digest. Yours is (probably, I'm guessing...) later than on the graphs, but still less than two hours.
