Most of the information I find on blood sugar is either aimed at diabetics or involves people who are underweight ( < 130 pounds ). The diabetic cookbooks we've picked up have been a real help at keeping it stable so I didn't think there'd be that much difference. Today's lunch was atypically large so I'd expected it to soar. Past tests at about the same time barely made it into the 100s (in fact, 111 is the second highest reading I've gotten so far).
