Right before lunch, blood sugar was 99.
Lunch was an 8-inch turkey cheddar sub, big bowl of Doritos, Cadbury egg and 20oz root beer.
I've read you're supposed to wait two hours after a meal to see how the meal affected your sugar level, so I took it again two hours later. It was 111.
I gave it another 30 minutes, figuring it needed a little more time to digest, but the next result was 99 again.
Shouldn't it have skyrocketed? to like 160+? |
