Its a D&D feat: Combat Looting: You are skilled at removing items from an opponent in the heat of combat, avoiding their notice as you rummage through their equipment. Pre-requisites: 5 Ranks in Pick Pockets, Dex 15+, Race Kender. Combat Looting gives a +5 bonus to pick pockets rolls while engaged in melee combat.
