Unfortunately. However, I think that the basic 'life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness' can be taken as the only moral dictates needed. Once you pursue how one person's liberty affects others, what restrictions are needed and what aren't should become a bit clearer. And those aren't based on any religion, that I know of. Personally I think that 'liberty' could have been replaced by 'freedom of choice', in order to be less ambiguous - but that would have been less succinct, and less elegant.
