My bank account is much happier, but I have yet to realize all of the other short-term improvements I was told to expect. I got the negative things, like weight gain and cravings, but no positives like increased breathing capacity and stamina. Well, I guess my clothes don't smell like smoke any more, or so I've been told. I guess you take what you can get.
