If you are going to limit abortions then you must deal with the result.

a suggested structure
1 The Mother gets full care during her pregnancy (and 60% of the guys wages while he is "out of town")
2 The father gets sent to hard labor to pay for same (swing that bat and you risk *breaking rocks* for the next 10-15 years)
3 in the cases where its a spring winter deal then you get sent to a place where OSHA regs are a suggestion not law (higher pay higher risk)

oh and i would have the Med Biz create artifical creche tech to enable seperating the health of the mother and health of the child.
