(I just know something is wrong with that, but it was like that in the headline.) Just when earthquakes aren't cool enough, enter: Combat looting! WTF is that? (From cnn.com) has visions of gangs in motorcycle armour, mohawks and driving dirt bikes and matte black cars with chains welded to them, running around the desolate ruins, pestering people, and very obviously dubbed
