Pockets: 0,5kg flour, 2dl cream (or yogurt), 250g margarine, vanilla sugar; marmelade. Mix, roll, cut circles, spoon some marmelade in the center, fold in half (with marmelade on the inside of course), pinch down the sides (so marmelade won't come out), and bake at 180-200°C till yellow. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (perhaps with a bit of vanilla sugar mixed in it).
