My right index finger is cursed! by frostbait 2010-01-04 15:20:54
First I get a cut on it getting out of a BUS. Something to do with the exit door, not sure how. You had no idea public transit was so dangerous.

Then when the stitches are removed and I can remove the band-aids I get a real bad reaction. Parts of my finger swells up.

Over the counter cream does not really help.

Prescription cream works a little but is very slow to reduce two blister/boil type bubbles.

So I see a doctor after 2 hours waiting and he will not drain them. It could get infected. That would be bad.

So he gives me "PREDNISONE". I took 4 pills today as instructed with food. Man, my head feels like a balloon floating away. (I have no son so no child is in this balloon. If you know what I mean).

It's just one stupid finger. Please make it *HEAL*! Making it heal at gun point would be fine with me.
